The exchange and/or refund is only for Defective Product returns, which do not function in arrodance with the specification published by the manufacturer or publisher and are covered under the manufacturer's or publisher's warranty within twenty (20) days of receipt of products.
In order Purchaser to return or refund, Purchaser must obtain a valid Return Authorization Number("RAN") from Netkiller Software for all returns. RANs will be issued, at Netkiller Software’s sole discretion, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to Netkiller Software address below and your package needs to be arrived to the address below within a fourteen (14) calendar day after issuance date of RANs.
